General Conditions

Payments: All services operated by ENJOY BOLIVIA - NJBOL TRAVEL must be paid in advance (15 days before service cash or bank deposit and 7 for Bolivian or Peruvian agents).


Rates: All rates are in US dollars and must be paid in that currency. Rates include taxes and are subject to change without previous notice, especially due to any change in taxes regulated by the Government.


Children: Children under 5 years, travel free (no meals, beds or seats included). Half fare from 6 to 9 years old.


Liberates: For every 15 fully paying passengers, we grant onefree of charge (not included admission fees to museums, national parks and official taxes), with a maximum of 3 free passengers.


Reservations: We must receive a written reservations notice by electronic mail or fax. Include full name of passengers with the passport number, program code or name of the service, contact hotel, flight number if necessary and other important information you mind send us.


Cancellations: We must receive a written cancellation notice. Due to the fact that a large portion of the trip costs are already spent far in advance of the dates of departure, especially for adventure trips we will provide refunds according to the following schedule:

  • A cancellation received 60 days before departure date, we will refund the balance of the payment received
  • 60 to 31 days before departure date, 50% refund.
  • 30 to 15 days before departure date, 25% refund.
  • 14 days or less before departure date, no refund of any kind.
  • No Show no refund of any kind.


Insurance: We do not include insurance of any kind in our prices, unless the insurance per law for transit vehicles with a policy up to 3.000 American dollars for injuries caused by or in a ENJOY BOLIVIA - NJBOL TRAVEL vehicle. We highly recommend that passengers purchase them in their country: trip cancellation, lost or stolen baggage, accidents, rescue and medical and evacuation expenses. ENJOY BOLIVIA - NJBOL TRAVEL, will not be responsible for any costs incurred by passengers for such circumstances.

Responsibilities: ENJOY BOLIVIA - NJBOL TRAVEL do not assume responsibility or liability caused for any injury, loss, damage, delay, mental trauma to any person or property resulting directly or indirectly from natural disasters, annoyance, delays and expenses resulting from quarantine, strikes, detention, thefts, pilferage, superior force, failure of conveyance to arrive and/or depart as scheduled, civil disturbances, government restrictions or regulations, acts of God, discrepancies or change in transit and other circumstances over which ENJOY BOLIVIA - NJBOL TRAVEL has no control. We reserve the right to change itineraries, if circumstances beyond our control that prevent ENJOY BOLIVIA - NJBOL TRAVEL from continuing the trip in a safe and efficient manner. We reserve the right to alter or cancel any trip due to facts that may endanger passengers and /or staff, sickness, political climate or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

ENJOY BOLIVIA - NJBOL TRAVEL agree to operate the trip booked on, to supply a good service and to run the trip as detailed on the itinerary, unless the facts listed above happen to be. Full or partial refund of any monies received by ENJOY BOLIVIA - NJBOL TRAVEL will be refunded to involved parties, only in cases when the clients are not satisfied for the services of ENJOY BOLIVIA - NJBOL TRAVEL and can explain real and justified reasons why.

Any person participating in a trip with ENJOY BOLIVIA - NJBOL TRAVEL is responsible to other trip members and to ENJOY BOLIVIA - NJBOL TRAVEL staff. They are expected to comprehend the implied conditions of travel in the itinerary and assume the need to be in adequate health for such activity. They are responsible for bringing the right equipment and clothing necessary for the trip as stated in the equipment list. They are responsible for basic hygiene in order to prevent diseases, adopting normal behaviour patterns and acting in an appropriate manner according to the customs of the country being visited. They must understand that the laws that apply are those of that country, not the country of which they are citizens. The guide or trip leader reserves the right to ask a participant not to continue further on the trip if that person is (or may become) a health hazard or who might prove to be a risk to him/herself or others. Acclimatisation is a requirement.

ENJOY BOLIVIA - NJBOL TRAVEL does not take responsibility for clients who are unable to finish a trip or get sick due to improper acclimatisation procedures. Any person participating in a trip with ENJOY BOLIVIA - NJBOL TRAVEL has to read carefully the terms and conditions of the company and sing a contract for the services, accepting that the participant have been informed and aware that adventure travel can be dangerous and includes certain risks and dangers, that are an integral part of the trips and travel conditions and accept them as a part of the reason for its participation on the purchased trip.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

  • Rates validity: All rates are subject to possible changes.
  • The charge for services for reservation requests, in the case when the demand is only for “hoteles” (without any additional services) is USD.2.- per person, for hotels around Bolivia, except La Paz.
  • The transfers’ airport – hotel – airport (bus station or train station) in the following holidays: January 1st, Tuesday of carnival, June 21st, August 6th, December 24th, 25th and 31st have an increase of the 30% of the published rate.
