Condoriri National Park

CN1 – National park Condoriri one full day hike

We leave the city and go to the Mountains. Driving across the Altiplano we will get to the Condoriri National Park, located on the Royal Mountain Range. Lunch at the Chiar Kohta lagoon on 4.600m/15.092ft surround by mountains and playground for many mountaineers. Before we get there we have to arrive at the Tuni Dam, from there we will hike around 2 hours to this place all ready described. Back to La Paz the same way.

CN2 – National park Condoriri 2 days 1 night

Day 01. La Paz - Condoriri Nat. Park - Now is time to leave La Paz and go to the Mountains. Driving across the Altiplano we will get to the Condoriri National Park, located on the Royal Mountain Range. There our first camp at the shores of the Chiar Kohta lagoon on 4.600m/15.092ft surround by mountains and playground for many mountaineers. Before we get there we have to arrive at the Tuni Dam, from there we will hike around 2 hours to this place all ready described. Camping night.

Day 02. Chiar Kohta - Pico Austria – La Paz - Today start with our first high altitude ascension, early in the morning we will take the path that follows until Pico Austria 5.200m/16.060ft. From this point is possible to observe in clear days Lake Titikaka, part of the Cordillera and even the highest pick in Bolivia, the Sajama Volcano. To get there is no equipment required, it is an easy hike and perfect place to prove our physical condition. In the afternoon back to La Paz the same way.
